We are looking for an experienced Journeyman Plumber to join our employee-owned company. You will serve in a key role within our team, providing services to our customers, collaborating with our sales team for proposals and projects, and training/mentoring more junior team members.

Key Responsibilities:

• Customer Engagement: Communicate with customers via phone, email, text, and occasionally in person to address inquiries, book appointments, and promote our products and services.
• Service Titan Proficiency: Use the Service Titan platform to manage customer accounts, schedule services, and track job progress.
• On-Call Dispatcher Rotation: Participate in the on-call rotation for emergency dispatching, typically one night per week.
• Sales & Lead Generation: Drive business by booking services, upselling products, and performing cold calls to generate short-term opportunities.
• Basic Plumbing & HVAC Knowledge: Learn and apply fundamental plumbing and HVAC concepts to answer common customer questions and guide them through our services.
• Cross-Team Collaboration: Assist with additional tasks as needed and cross-train on other responsibilities to support our small, employee-owned team.
